Plz I want amoled panel on next YU flagship. (Yutopia 2)
worst service provider in the world,very bad service,around 1 month passed but my problem still not resolved.
I raised my Issue around the 15th of December 2015 and have received the following details:

Yureka transreceiver swap has been created. REPL
But after so much calls in regards to the Dispatch, i keep getting false commitments in regards to the date of dispatch.
I want an explanation as to why is there such a delay and by when will i receive the replacement.

Same here I register my complain on 10 of December for yureka plus and don't get any response
Don't purchase Any product From YU yureka. Very worst service from Yu yureka. I am not getting any reply from YU team. PFA for more details.

Again the false commitment by YU customer service after the third conversation with YU executive i don't remember his name may be pankaj he told me that he will replace my device within 10 working days the commitment was made on i think 1 feb till now no response from his side i don't know you people having fun with playing customer patient level i have booked my complain 31 DEC till now i got only false commitment from YU side YU seriously same on your customer service

3 times i had talked to YU customer service they told me that my device will replaced with 10 working days.
i will never buy ant yu phone in future you guys F*%$ked up me so much i will recommend others friends too that not to buy any YU phone in future
I know this is the wrong thread but can anyone give me an idea about the release date of android 6.0 for us aka Cynagenmod 13 for yureka YU.
My waybill generated on 3 Jan but still not receive handset... Whenever I called customer care they said wait for 10 working days from last 2 months... Worst service
is there any annoucement of new phone from YU? what is Yu Yu6000 phone and when are you going to launch this phone?
Whenever its coming just don't buy it cos specs look ridiculous and it not coming with Cynogen os. Also have a mediatek 6753 processor which nothing in compare of redmi note 3 (SD 650) or letv le 1s (MTK Hilio x10) for 15k. And one more thing if YU can't able to give updates to Snapdragon processor don't ever thing they will give it to a Mediatek cos Mediatek needs more time to make a stable ROM for it.
